On July 30–31, 2026, the Continuing Medical Education (CME) program “Dignified Aging: Cognitive Health and Dementia Management” will be held in Tbilisi, Georgia.

The program has been developed within the framework of the state-funded grant project “One More Step Toward Dignified Aging – Supporting the Development of a National Dementia Program” and aims to enhance healthcare professionals’ knowledge of dementia, cognitive health, and evidence-based clinical practice.

The course covers the neurological and psychiatric aspects of dementia, as well as the assessment of cognitive functions and approaches to neurorehabilitation. Special emphasis will also be placed on the role of family medicine and internal medicine specialists in the early recognition and management of dementia.
